SelfControl overview
SelfControl is a free, open-source application that lets you block your own access to distracting websites, your mail servers, or anything else on the Internet. Just set a period of time to block for, add sites to your blacklist, and click "Start." Until that timer expires, you will be unable to access those sites even if you restart your computer or delete the application.
Note: While the software is classified as free, it is actually donationware. Please consider making a donation to help support development.

Needed something to keep me from getting distracted & stay focused on studying. Discovered this software. It's very lightweight & super simple to use. And it works!
My only concern is it doesn't block Google. And I wish the developers changed the Icon.
